  • How do I register for an THC account?
    Sign up by clicking the account icon on our website and entering your email. This helps you track orders, save favorites, and manage returns easily.
  • I forgot my password. What now?
    Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password via email.
  • Do I need to share my email and phone number?
    Yes. We require this info to process orders and send updates.
  • Is my personal information secure?
    Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and never share or sell your data. You can update your details anytime in your account settings.
  • How do I unsubscribe from emails or messages?
    Click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email or contact us directly.
  • What if my card details are compromised?
    We don’t store your card info. If you suspect fraud, contact your bank immediately and notify us for support.
  • When will my order ship?
    In-stock items ship within 8-14 business days. Made-to-order items take 3–4 weeks. We send tracking details once shipped.
  • My tracking number isn’t working.
    Tracking activates within 24 hours. If it’s still inactive, reach out and we’ll help.
  • What are your shipping charges?
    We charge a flat rate of ₹100 for prepaid orders.
  • What units of measurement do you use?
    All dimensions are in inches unless specified otherwise.
  • Where are your products made?
    Our designs are crafted in India, and each of them are handmade by me.
  • How should I clean my products?
    Dry brush them with a clean brush or cloth. Follow the care label instructions.
  • The product looks different from the photos. Why?
    Handmade items may vary in color or texture — this is expected and adds to their uniqueness.
  • Do you accept returns?
    We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • What if I changed my mind?
    Returns for reasons other than defects or damage are considered case-by-case and may be eligible for store credit or exchange only if approved. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
